Steven H. Randall

Principal

Mr. Randall held senior management marketing positions with companies such as Meridian Oil, NorAm Energy Marketing, and Aquila Energy Marketing, Occidental Energy Marketing and most recently Bobcat Gas Storage Company. His experience includes both domestic and international energy sales, pipeline transportation and storage management, and multi-commodity structured products. Mr. Randall serves on the board of directors for Energy2Cure, a non-profit organization dedicated to the cure of Leukemia and Lymphoma.

Mr. Randall holds a B.A. in Geology from Franklin and Marshall College and a MBA from The University of St. Thomas.

Jerry R. Lanier

Principal

Mr. Lanier is a proven marketing and trade floor executive with hands on experience in turning around troubled business segments and providing the day-to-day focus and strategic vision to return them to profitability.  In addition to turning around books of business, Mr. Lanier has considerable experience in starting and growing new business segments both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Lanier gained experience in accounting, T&E analysis & sales, gas control, and trading while employed with the Duke Energy family of companies, Panhandle Eastern Pipeline, Trunkline Gas Company, Panhandle Trading Company, and Duke Energy Trading & Marketing.  He then progressed to management and senior executive roles culminating with the role of Senior VP of Trading & Marketing while at Occidental Energy Marketing.

Ware F. Schiefer, III

Business Development - Marketing & Trading

Mr. Schiefer has been in the industry for over 20 years and has held various marketing and trading positions with Enron, Mobil, Duke, and Dynegy.  He has experience in accounting, scheduling, pipeline transportation and storage management, trading, and origination.  More recently, he managed the Northeast Gas desk for Dynegy.

Mr. Schiefer holds a BSBA in Marketing from Appalachian State University.
